A well‑established law firm in Lisle, Illinois is seeking a Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join its growing practice focused on municipal and local government law, with a mix of litigation and transactional work.

The Practice
The firm represents municipalities and related entities in matters involving:
- Municipal and local government law
- Litigation in state and federal courts
- Transactional work, including:
- Business entity matters
- Real estate transactions
- General corporate and municipal agreements
Prior municipal law experience is helpful but not required. Strong litigation experience with an interest in transactional exposure is a great fit.
The Role
- Support attorneys on litigation matters from filing through resolution
- Prepare, format, and file documents in Illinois state and federal courts
- Assist with discovery, case organization, and deadline management
- Provide support on transactional and municipal matters as needed
- Maintain organized files and assist with document management
This role offers hands‑on involvement and the chance to develop well‑rounded experience.

Compensation
