A busy and fast‑growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in Gilbert, AZ is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to support a high‑volume, high‑impact litigation team. About the Role
The litigation paralegals in this role will work closely with attorneys on all phases of plaintiff personal injury cases, from discovery through trial. The ideal candidates will bring deep litigation experience, excellent drafting ability, and the ability to manage complex case files with minimal oversight.
This firm offers a flexible work environment and is open to in‑office or hybrid arrangements depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare litigation documents, including:
- Disclosure statements
- Written discovery
- Joint reports
- Scheduling orders
- Retain and coordinate with experts
- Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, production, and overall case management
- Communicate with clients, experts, providers, and opposing counsel
- Handle tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a paralegal in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation
- Strong background in litigation support and case management
- Demonstrated experience drafting litigation documents (discovery, disclosures, etc.)
- Ability to organize complex files and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
