Our client, a well‑established and growing civil litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join their high‑performance team in Houston, TX. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role overseeing the firm’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud systems, and end‑user support across attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of IT experience within a law firm environment
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Proven background in cybersecurity, including MFA, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Experience with NetDocuments, iManage, or other legal document management systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms and virtual server environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to support attorneys directly and handle Tier I–III issues
- Highly dependable, collaborative, and professional
