What You’ll Do
- Lead execution of premium client events: CLE seminars, webinars, executive dinners, and receptions
- Partner with attorneys & business development teams to align events with strategic growth initiatives
- Own end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, contracts, and on-site delivery
- Manage budgets & track ROI, using insights to continuously improve programming
- Develop creative, forward-thinking event concepts that elevate the client experience
- Drive post-event analytics & KPI reporting across programs
- Ensure compliance with MCLE standards and internal policies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in event management within a law firm, professional services, or high-touch client environment
- Strong expertise in large-scale event planning, logistics, and vendor management
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with budget oversight, data tracking, and ROI analysis
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Salary : $135,000 - $170,000
