What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Administrator position at SR Staffing?
Trusts & Estates Administrator:
- Preparation of probate petitions, etc., for all estate clients and handling of Surrogate’s Court filings
- Marshaling of estate assets for clients (closing of existing accounts; opening of estate accounts, etc.)
- Preparation of Estate Tax Returns
- Preparation of judicial and non-judicial accounting for all trusts and estates
- Software is:
- Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE 706 and accounting program
- GEMS 706 and accounting program
- LexisNexis NY Surrogate’s Court Forms programs
Competitive salary and excellent benefits. Must have at least 5 years’ experience. The position is in-person five days a week.
