What You’ll Bring
- 4–10 years of experience in civil defense litigation (insurance defense or similar strongly preferred)
- Plaintiff-side experience will be considered if you have billable hour experience
- Strong litigation skills including case management, discovery, motion practice, and client communication
- Licensed and in good standing in Oklahoma
Compensation & Structure
- Base Salary: Approximately $100,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Bonus: Competitive, productivity-based bonus tied to collected billables above a set threshold (individualized and discussed during the interview process)
- Billable Requirement: 1,920 hours annually
