We are looking for a responsible Assistant for a top producing Real Estate Agent in a busy office, to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant and familiarity with the Real Estate industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation for the agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and appointments.
Prepare and manage listing documents, contracts, and reports.
Maintain organized client and property databases.
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in marketing efforts, including social media posts, flyers, and email campaigns.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
