About the Opportunity
We are conducting a proactive outreach to build a network of law firm–trained contract attorneys for current and future project-based engagements. This is not tied to a single immediate opening. Instead, we are seeking attorneys with strong core legal practice experience who are interested in flexible, high-level legal work.
Engagements will primarily support law firm-style workstreams, including litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters, with additional need for corporate and transactional support as required.
Opportunities may include short-term projects, part-time roles, and fractional-hour engagements, offering flexibility and variety depending on client needs.

Key Requirements
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience (required)
- Demonstrated experience in core law firm functions, including:
- Legal research and writing
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Discovery management and document review
- Case analysis and issue spotting, etc.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams in a contract or project-based setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
