About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Seattle, WA office and drive growth across audit, tax, and client advisory services. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with partners and leadership locally, while being part of a national BD team of ~25 professionals.
As the primary BD contact in Bellevue, you’ll play a critical role in expanding client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in financial services.
- Partner with local leadership and national BD team to identify opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of direct sales or business development experience.
- Background in professional services or CPA firm (current or prior).
- Proven success in sales-focused roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
