Family Law Attorney - Glen Burie, MD - ONSITE

A growing family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who can step into an active caseload, work directly with clients, and contribute immediately to a firm that values client advocacy, professionalism, and culture fit.

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and related family law matters
• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Appear in court hearings, mediations, and conferences
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and next steps
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to move cases forward efficiently
• Maintain accurate case management records and documentation

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of Family law experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and litigation processes
• Excellent client counseling and relationship-building skills
• Strong written, verbal, and courtroom advocacy abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Maryland Bar admission required or ability to practice in Maryland
• Software: Clio
