Commercial Real Estate Attorney Opportunity - Boutique Law Firm - Houston, TX


Compensation: $225,000 - $325,000 Base Salary plus bonuses (Depending on experience)

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE - Previous experience in Commercial Real Estate Transactions
  • 8 years of Real Estate Transactional Experience
  • Experience leading and managing Acquisitions and Dispositions
  • Draft and negotiate agreements, leases, easements etc.


The ideal candidate is extremely positive and productive, can prioritize their workload and work efficiently in a highly charged positive team-oriented setting
