(Insurance Defense) Associate Attorney – Seattle, WA (w/ Work-Life-Balance)
Our client is a highly regarded Insurance Defense Law Firm who have been around for four decades and are seeking a talented (Insurance Defense) Associate Attorney to join at their team at their headquarters in Seattle, WA. This position will be Onsite to start with Hybrid Flexibility offered once the attorney gets up to speed with the team.
This position is for someone who is looking for Work-Life Balance, who wants to be an excellent attorney, but who also has responsibilities outside of work and wants those to be honored as well. The firm's case load is not heavy, and they do not have a minimum billable requirement.

Compensation & Structure
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
- Bonuses: Firm and Individual Bonuses are offered
- Healthcare: Fully paid healthcare for Employee
- PTO: Very Generous PTO Plans (WLB is important at the firm)

Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Washington Bar License, California Bar License (a plus)
- Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Law Experience Required
