Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess case value
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently
- Stay current with Massachusetts personal injury laws and court procedures
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Massachusetts Bar license in good standing
