We currently have 2 available openings for the position of Cleaning Team Lead (Supervisor).
***BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG TESTING REQUIRED***
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and overseeing your team of cleaners
- Distributing and delegating work for each service
- Ongoing performance reviews
- Being a great leader!
- Quality control of services to ensure every home is guest-ready every time
- Property audits/field support
- Main point of communication with the office team and management at Peak
- Occasionally responsible for customer communication if on-site issues arise
- Responsible for company cleaning supplies
- **Please note - the Team Lead will also be physically assisting with the service itself
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior house cleaning experience required (2 years preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Strong leadership skills - able to coach others, positive role-model, comfortable managing people
- Highly accountable and dependable
- Able to independently problem-solve and make decisions
- Can pass a background check
- A love of cleaning with a perfectionist’s attention to detail!
