Independent Cleaning & Home Organization Service Provider (1099)

Opportunity Summary
Independent cleaning and home organization service providers are invited to offer services to clients throughout the State of Arizona. This opportunity is intended for individuals or business entities operating independently who want flexibility and control over their work.
Service providers decide if, when, where, and how services are performed and whether to accept or decline any service opportunity. Nothing in this posting creates an employment relationship.
Services That May Be Offered
Service providers may offer the following services only for bookings they voluntarily accept:
Standard Cleaning Services
- Dusting
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning mirrors
- General upkeep of residential and commercial spaces
Specialty Cleaning Services (Booked Separately)
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb / VRBO) cleanings
Home Organization Services
- Organizing and decluttering spaces as booked by the client
Optional Add-On Services
Not included in standard cleaning unless separately booked by the client:
- Window cleaning
- Laundering linens or clothing
- Dishwashing
Independent Contractor Responsibilities
Service providers are solely responsible for:
- Determining how services are performed
- Purchasing, supplying, using, and maintaining all tools, equipment, and cleaning/organization products
- Taking before-and-after photos of completed services and submitting them to the company as instructed
- Providing their own transportation to and from service locations
- Managing their own time, routes, and workload
- Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing independent businesses
No training, supervision, or direction over service methods is provided.
Independent Contractor Eligibility Requirements
- Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
- Must have a valid SSN or EIN associated with an Arizona-based LLC or registered cleaning/home organization business
- Must have reliable transportation (personal or arranged)
- Must have a working smartphone with camera and GPS capability
- Must be physically able to perform services, including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently or collaborate with other independent contractors by mutual agreement
Independent Contractor Status (Arizona & Federal)
- This is not a W-2 employee position
- No hourly wages, salaries, shifts, or guaranteed work
- No benefits such as health insurance, PTO, unemployment, or workers’ compensation
- Contractors may accept or decline any job
- Contractors may work for other companies or private clients
- Contractors are responsible for all taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, and business expenses
Technology & Job Access
Contractors may be provided access to an app or platform that allows them to:
- View available service opportunities
- Review job details and locations
- Accept or decline service requests at their discretion
- Assign themselves to available bookings
- Navigate to service locations using GPS
- Receive service-related notifications
Use of the platform does not create supervision or control over services.
Compensation
- Pay Structure: Contractors are paid a job-based service fee for each completed service, including cleaning and home organization services
- Earnings: Contractors receive a minimum of 60% of the booking revenue per completed service
- Payment Timing: Same-day payment following confirmed service completion
- Compensation varies by service type and scope
- No hourly pay or guaranteed earnings
Service Area
Services are offered statewide in Arizona. Contractors independently choose the locations where they wish to offer services.
