Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
The Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports the endpoint engineering team with specialized expertise in macOS workstation imaging, secure baseline configuration, device enrollment, patching, logging, and lifecycle management. \n-
Build and maintain secure macOS workstation images for both on-site and remote/virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) access.

Support automated provisioning and lifecycle management for Apple devices.

Use JAMF Pro and related tooling to support endpoint management for macOS devices.

Implement baseline enforcement, logging, telemetry, and operational monitoring for macOS endpoints.

Support passwordless or hardware-backed credential approaches where approved.

Document build standards, workflows, remediation steps, and knowledge transfer materials.

Eight years of experience in information technology (IT), endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity.

Six years of engineering experience in enterprise environments.

Experience building and maintaining Windows and macOS workstation images and integrating them with VDI, authentication, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and logging agents.

Experience using JAMF Pro for macOS endpoint management.

Experience with logging, audit readiness, and formal change control.

Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
