Position Overview:
Sprinturf is seeking a highly organized and analytical HubSpot & Business Systems Administrator to support the Sprinturf and ProGreen teams by developing, maintaining, and optimizing our business systems infrastructure.
This role is responsible for ensuring that our key platforms, including HubSpot, NetSuite, and Power BI work together seamlessly to provide accurate data, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to understand operational needs and translate them into efficient, automated processes and customized reporting.

Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Integration
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity, and user management.
- Maintain integrations between HubSpot, NetSuite, Power BI, and other connected systems to ensure smooth data flow and real-time visibility.
- Configure and customize fields, records, reports, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee implementation of new modules, process automations, and third-party integrations to support team efficiency.
Cross-Departmental Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather requirements and design workflows, reports, and dashboards that align with their objectives.
- Translate operational challenges into system-based solutions, such as automating lead routing, pipeline visibility, or financial reporting workflows.
- Support data handoffs between departments, ensuring consistency between CRM, ERP, and analytics tools.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements to support scaling operations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot, NetSuite, and Power BI that reflect departmental KPIs and company-wide performance metrics.
- Automate recurring reporting processes and ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely data for decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and accuracy, identifying trends or inconsistencies to be addressed proactively.
- Support executive-level reporting on revenue, pipeline, and operational efficiency.
User Enablement & Support
- Onboard and train new users in HubSpot, NetSuite, and related systems, ensuring consistent understanding of workflows and best practices.
- Troubleshoot user issues, permissions, and configuration questions across platforms.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
- Act as the internal liaison between technical systems and non-technical users, ensuring ease of adoption and effective system use across departments.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Manager, or Business Systems Administrator.
- Hands-on experience managing or integrating HubSpot CRM.
- Strong understanding of data structures, field relationships, and automation within CRM and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for dashboard and reporting development.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable system workflows.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and data synchronization tools (HubSpot Operations Hub, Zapier, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- HubSpot Reporting or Administration Certification preferred.
Salary : $52,000 - $81,000
