Duties:

This position assists the project manager with delivering turf construction projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated to deliver a superior customer experience. Main responsibilities will include creation of submittals, scheduling of material deliveries, coordinating with installation crews and subcontractors and assisting with close out materials.

Essential Duties:

• Creates submittals for customers
• Issue notice of award to vendors and subcontractors
• Manage and report on changes to project schedules
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure site is ready for installation crew
• Provides general support to Project Managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment
• Organized, structured, methodical, and disciplined work habits
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Should be proficient in MS Office 365
• Experience with Netsuite, Procore, or similar project accounting system

Education

Required

• Bachelors or better in Construction Management Services or related field
