Your Impact

As the Corporate Director of Sales, you will lead and inspire property-level sales teams to drive top-line revenue performance across our portfolio. This role is both strategic and hands-on—focused on maximizing revenue, strengthening team capability, and ensuring alignment between Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional results and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for all sales associates across assigned properties
  • Oversee onboarding and training to ensure alignment with Springwood standards and expectations
  • Drive top-line revenue performance, including achievement of budget and year-over-year growth
  • Ensure properties achieve at least fair market share (RevPAR Index ≥ 100)
  • Partner in strategic pricing decisions, including group business, LNR accounts, and transient rates
  • Foster a collaborative culture between Sales and Operations, measured through engagement and retention
  • Lead talent decisions including hiring, development, and, when necessary, terminations within the sales organization
  • Develop and manage annual revenue and sales budgets (finalized by early December)
  • Build strong relationships with ownership groups, investors, and asset managers as a trusted operational partner
  • Create urgency and accountability across teams, maintaining responsiveness (24-hour standard for communication)
  • Support new hotel openings and transitions from a sales strategy perspective
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel sales (multi-property or above-property experience preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of revenue drivers and market performance (STR/STAR reporting)
  • Ability to influence, coach, and align cross-functional teams
  • A passion for developing people and building high-performing cultures
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset aligned with Springwood Essentials
