Homewood Living Plum Creek is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and revenue strategy for our Residential Living community. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving results, leading a sales team, and shaping the overall marketing strategy for a mission-driven organization.
As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will oversee the full sales cycle while building strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners to support long-term growth and market presence.

Compensation & Benefits:
