Your ImpactAs the Director of Sales, you will partner closely with the General Manager to drive revenue across all segments while ensuring an exceptional and memorable guest experience. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, developing strategy, and positioning the hotel for long-term success.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-producing clients and key accounts
- Stay informed on competitor activity and proactively position the hotel to win market share
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
- Prospect for new business using tools such as Delphi and Amadeus
- Maintain accurate, timely, and strategic use of Delphi (traces, follow-ups, account development, and reporting)
- Leverage data and historical trends to develop strategies that drive financial performance
- Engage in the community through industry involvement and local partnerships
- Support a positive, team-oriented culture by celebrating successes and contributing to overall camaraderie
- Assist with training and development of team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Strong relationship-building skills and an outgoing, engaging personality
- Proven ability to drive results and meet revenue goals
