Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Possess a minimum of three (3) years of direct payroll processing experience; qualified candidates must demonstrate this expertise through professional payroll titles held in their most recent employment history. Immediate availability required.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to assist our payroll office with payroll processing, timekeeping, and public retirement system data entry. This position requires a strong, recent background in core payroll functions, with exposure to retirement reporting systems a plus.
Additional duties include auditing timecards for accuracy and compliance, following up with employees and managers as needed, entering meal premiums to ensure proper compensation, and scanning and organizing payroll documentation for accurate record-keeping. While this assignment is temporary, it may provide valuable experience and exposure to future opportunities within Springs Charter Schools. After this long-term position is over you will have the ability to only accept the positions that fit with your interests and schedule.
