Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and sanitizing all surfaces to meet hotel standards.
- Safely manage chemical agents and cleaning supplies in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel protocols.
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure efficient room turnover.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, vacuuming, and extended periods of standing or walking.
