An Electrical Assembly Technician to assemble wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical components used in
illuminated and non-illuminated signage systems. The ideal candidate will work with LED lighting, transformers,
power supplies, and electrical wiring while ensuring products meet safety and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble electrical components for illuminated signs and displays
- Install and wire LED modules, power supplies, transformers, and other sign components
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot basic issues
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards
- Operate hand tools, drills, saws, shear, and other shop equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with sign fabrication and final assembly as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and production schedules
REQUIREMENTS SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience using chop saws and a metal shear
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds (lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach overhead
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights greater than six feet
- Frequently grasp, hold, squeeze, or manipulate objects using hands
- Ability to tolerate repetitive motions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Environment may be dusty, noisy, and non-temperature controlled
- Exposure to adhesives, chemicals, and fabrication equipment.
- Exposure to equipment with machine guarding and pinch point precautions
- Potential exists for exposure to electrical hazards
- PPE Required- Safety glasses and safety shoes
- Other required PPE as needed- gloves for material handling, face shield for saw operations, hard
- Hearing protection required when the Thermoform chipper is in operation
