Responsibilities
- Design and implement Montessori-based lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials using learning technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design, special education needs, and academic advising to support diverse learners, including students with disabilities.
- Facilitate early childhood education activities that support childhood development milestones for toddlers and preschool-aged children.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, Montessori standards, and private school policies while fostering a safe, inclusive space for all children.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored to young learners.
- Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is highly valued.
- Familiarity with teaching physical education, library services, or tutoring within a preschool or private school environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents and colleagues,
