We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper for an immediate assignment to support our client’s accounting needs in Portland, ME. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in QuickBooks. This role involves managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate processing of AP, AR , billing and sales tax reporting. Experience with Bill.com a plus. Solid QuickBooks required.
