The Director of Community Relations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all marketing and community engagement activities to maintain and grow occupancy at the community. This role will serve as the face of Spring Oak to the public and work closely with families, residents, and staff to foster strong relationships.
\n- Plan and coordinate marketing activities, outreach efforts, and special events at the facility.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
- Perform timely follow-ups on leads and maintain detailed logs of referrals, inquiries, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor and execute marketing plans and budgets, including advertisements, brochures, open houses, and promotional events.
- Educate and support staff in their roles as community ambassadors.
- Serve as liaison between residents, families, and the Administrator.
- Resolve resident concerns with compassion and provide feedback to enhance services.
- Oversee the move-in/move-out process ensuring seamless transitions and readiness.
- Promote community visibility through external visits, networking, and relationship building.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist the Executive Director with ad hoc projects and community development.
- Travel to local events, partner locations, and referral sources as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales within senior living or healthcare settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Proficient in computer programs and CRM systems with a strong drive to increase occupancy.
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines, adult care programs, and insurance providers.
- Base Salary Bonus Structure.
