Banquet Servers are responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down food and beverage service at banquet events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This position requires professionalism, efficiency, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently during events.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout the event.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after events.
- Assist with clearing and cleaning dishes, glassware, and linens during and after the event.
- Work closely with kitchen and event staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and event guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
