Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout the night shift.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing personalized service and fostering positive guest relations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality.
- Experience with night audit processes and procedures is highly desirable.
