Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary.
• Prepare shift reports detailing financial transactions, guest issues, and operational activities for management review.
• Assist with guest services such as providing local information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the night.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse guests.
• Proficiency in front desk procedures, including reservation systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of night audit processes, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.
