Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, providing friendly and helpful customer service.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Prepare shift reports detailing financial transactions, guest issues, and operational activities for management review.
- Assist with guest services such as providing local information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the night.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction.
