Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling all transactions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide excellent guest relations by delivering exceptional customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
