Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Human Resources Business Partner to oversee a wide range of administrative, HR, and operational support functions within a residential treatment facility. This role requires a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and process-driven individual who can manage multiple responsibilities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff relations, and financial and systems oversight. The ideal candidate works well independently, collaborates effectively across departments, and brings a customer service mindset to internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly business office operations with attention to accuracy and timeliness, including:
Processing vendor payments
Coordinating with billing partners to ensure charges are processed
Collecting and depositing payments
Manage new hire orientation and onboarding processes
Support a strong internal culture through ongoing communication and leadership alignment
Coordinate performance evaluations, recognition, corrective action, and conflict resolution
Maintain complete and accurate personnel files, including certifications and licensure tracking
Respond to requests for employee records in compliance with applicable privacy laws
Serve as the facility liaison for IT systems and tools
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and organizational information
Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and HR departments
Support a positive, respectful work environment and effective relationships at all organizational levels
Oversee entire recruitment efforts
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or office/business management
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information professionally and accurately
Prior experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment preferred
Personnel management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Demonstrated commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
Personal interest or passion for behavioral health or recovery services is a plus
