We’re partnering with a fast-growing, multi-state organization headquartered in Colorado Springs to find a strong Human Resources Generalist with payroll expertise and a self-starter mindset. Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Office Setting: On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM
Salary: $26.44–$31.25/hour

What you will be doing as the Human Resources Generalist:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and workplace questions
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance through HRIS (e.g., Paycom)
- Process payroll across multiple states
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes
- Manage FMLA, parental leave, personal leave, and workers’ compensation
- Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives (wellness, events, recognition)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations (ADA, OSHA, COBRA, I-9/E-Verify)
What you will need to be successful as the Human Resources Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience with multi-state payroll; Paycom preferred
- Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
