About the Position
We are seeking a Vice President of Finance, a highly capable finance executive who is IPO-ready, deeply experienced in the CPG space (ideally food manufacturing), and brings a Big Four public accounting foundation. This is a high-impact, CFO-track opportunity for an active CPA with a passion for building and leading from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, tasked with designing and scaling the company’s financial operations, systems, and team. You’ll bring progressive experience across accounting, FP&A, and financial strategy, and a proven track record of preparing companies for an IPO.
Compensation
$250,000 - $300,000 Plus bonus & Equity DOE
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead and scale all finance functions: FP&A, reporting, compliance, treasury, and technical accounting
- Drive readiness for a potential IPO, including audit prep, SOX controls, financial disclosures, and governance alignment
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
- Implement scalable systems, policies, and financial infrastructure from early stage to enterprise-level growth
- Serve as a strategic business partner across departments and with executive leadership
- Provide financial leadership in capital planning, M&A activity, and investor relations
- Active CPA with early career experience at a Big Four public accounting firm
- Proven progressive finance leadership experience, with increasing scope and responsibility
- CPG manufacturing background required; food manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Experience in a high-growth, private equity–backed, or IPO-preparatory environment is essential

Compensation: $250K - $300K base bonus equity
