Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Evenings

We proudly offer 8-hour shifts and flexible scheduling. Weekends are required

• Day Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM

• Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

• Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM

Work Options:

• Full Time: 4-5 days/week

• Part Time: 1-3 days/week

• PRN: As needed/available

As a CNA at Spring Creek, you'll provide essential, compassionate care, including:

• Responding to call lights and assisting residents with needs

• Turning and repositioning residents safely

• Supporting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)

• Monitoring dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences

• Documenting food/fluid intake as needed

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

• Helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every day

Your work makes a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Hold an active CNA certification in Utah (in good standing)

• Communicate kindly and professionally with residents, families, and staff

• Can make sound decisions when needed

• Have a working knowledge of basic nursing practices

• Understand long-term care regulations (or are willing to learn)
