Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
- Support maintenance needs across:
- Kitchen equipment
- HVAC systems
- Laundry equipment
- Plumbing and electrical systems
- Flooring and general facility upkeep
- Grounds and exterior equipment
- Complete routine painting and touch-up work throughout the facility
- Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe, proper operation
- Assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
Experience & Skills:
- At least 6 months of maintenance experience in a commercial, healthcare, or industrial setting preferred
- Experience with flooring care and general facility upkeep preferred
- Painting experience required (including touch-ups, surface prep, and basic finishing)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and patient-centered environments
- Ability to follow department policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and furniture
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
