Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with customer service and data entry responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist with order picking, maintain accurate records, and support overall warehouse efficiency, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Assist with processing and organizing incoming and outgoing orders
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory and order records
• Support customer service tasks, including handling inquiries and order updates
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and orders
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Familiarity or willingness to learn WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Shift Details

• Timing: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $14/hr
• Location: Laredo, TX 78041, USA
