Hours:
20 - 25 Hours Per Week
Starting at 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
Schedule is fairly consistent and other facilities may be acquired upon acceptance of position.

We currently have two (2) openings for this position.
Hours:
20 - 25 Hours Per Week
Starting at 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
Schedule is fairly consistent and other facilities may be acquired upon acceptance of position.
Pay:
- Starts at $17.00 per hour
Duties to Perform:
- Clean and supply designated facility areas
- Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, concrete, or tiled floors
- Use vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers
- Properly cleaning and disinfecting of facility walls and cabinets to remove any contaminates
- Sanitizing and Disinfecting Operating Rooms and Post/Preoperating Rooms
- Sterile Cleaning
- Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
- Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Perform and track routine inspection
- Perform and track maintenance activities
- Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; physically able to mop for an extended period of time; ability to lift up to 30 to 40 pounds
- Preferred knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and good interpersonal skills
