Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to effectively remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris from floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other consumables to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues that require escalation.
• Maintain safety protocols by handling cleaning chemicals responsibly and using personal protective equipment as required.
• Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly clean and inspect spaces for quality assurance.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices related to custodial work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods. Pay: $17.00 per hour
