Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards and protocols.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care or attention.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods while standing, bending, or lifting as needed.
