Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across all areas, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents properly to maintain equipment longevity and achieve optimal results.
- Manage floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces spotless.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning, maintaining the overall appearance of the property.
Requirements
- Good communication, soft when need be and firm when necessary
- Attitude, yes can do attitude, getting up everybody falls, able to take constructive criticism
- Preferred one year experience in residential cleaning (commercial is a plus)
- Having your own car is a plus
