- Greet customers and give friendly, accurate and efficient service.
- Complete transactions and documentation in accordance with CT lottery regulations and company policies.
- Exchange all currency for Mutuel betting.
- Maintain an accurate bank balance.
- Transfer money to and from workstations.
- Operate a ten-key adding machine.
- Keep the work area clean and supplies stocked.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a cashier or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain DCP certification
