Bobby Vs Restaurant and Sports Bar, a casual, contemporary hangout serving American plates amid sports memorabilia & big screen TVs is currently hiring. We are looking for a positive, talented server who can operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, can maintain a clean and organized work area, and help to ensure customers are receiving both high-quality products and high-quality service.

Servers should be able to:
- Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Know the food and drink menus in detail.
- Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
- Must provide food and beverage service in an efficient and courteous matter.
- Know how to open and close the restaurant.
- Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities.
- Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience.
- MUST be at least 18 years old.
- All candidates SHOULD have a minimum of one year experience in the restaurant industry.
- Weekdays, weekends, both AM and PM shifts plus holiday availability is required.
- Staff must uphold and ensure compliance with all company departmental policies and procedures.
- FOH Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Serving Experience in a full service casual restaurant: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Ability to be flexible in scheduling
