Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience
- Know the food and drink menus in detail
- Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
- Know how to open and close the restaurant
- Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities
- Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience
- Must have serving experience in a high customer turnover restaurant.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Must be able to move quickly throughout the restaurant and be able to carry 25 pounds
