SUMMARY
Responsible for placing wagers into a computerized wagering system through telephone communications with account holders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer betting requests in a prompt and efficient manner
- Respond to customer queries via phone and any other means communication means that may be introduced to accommodate business needs.
- Process Customer transactions through our computerized betting system.
- Register new customer account details while ensuring first class service.
- And any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months customer service experience, either retail or telephone
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of PCs
COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent customer care skills with a minimum of 6 months experience
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time and talk or hear. The employee should be able to speak in a concise manner. The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be frequently looking at a computer screen for the entirety of their shift.
