- Weekend and overnight availability required
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and clinical concerns.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and oversee shift operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical issues during assigned shifts.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
- Current RN license in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Long-Term Care facility.
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
