Bikini Barista– Drive-Thru Coffee Stand
We are hiring energetic, outgoing baristas for a busy drive-thru coffee stand in the Seattle area. This role combines standard espresso and beverage preparation with a bikini (or similar swimwear/lingerie-style) dress code during shifts.
About the role You’ll greet customers at the window, take orders, prepare drinks (espresso, lattes, Americanos, cold brew, and seasonal specials), handle cash/card payments, and keep the stand clean and stocked. The stand is a typical Pacific Northwest bikini-barista drive-thru: quick service, friendly interaction, and an appearance-focused presentation that matches the concept.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older (ID required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoor/window shifts in Seattle weather
- Comfortable wearing a bikini, lingerie-style outfit, or similar required attire for the full shift
- Friendly, professional customer service and ability to multitask during busy periods
- Basic cash handling and willingness to learn our drink recipes (prior barista experience is a plus but not required)
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies
Schedule & pay Part-time and full-time shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Pay is hourly plus tips; tips are typically a significant part of earnings at these stands. Exact rate discussed at interview.
