Job Summary
SplashBrands is hiring Print Operators for our in-house decoration team. This role is a mix of computer work and machine work — prepping files and running print equipment. No print experience needed; if you're comfortable on a computer and willing to learn the machines, we'll train you.
What you'll do
- Prep and queue print files on a computer
- Load, run, and monitor print equipment
- Check output for color, alignment, and quality
- Track jobs and update production status in our system
- Keep your station and supplies organized
What we're looking for
- Comfortable working on a computer — required
- Print or production experience preferred, not required — we'll train
- Available Monday–Friday, day shift or evening shift
- Comfortable standing for a full shift
- Attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus — Spanish-only or English-only applicants welcome
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
