Operations Support Specialist — Carrollton, TX

SplashBrands is hiring an Operations Support Specialist for our production facility. You'll be the person who finds out why an order is stuck and gets it unstuck. The work is hands-on and task-driven — you'll own the open issues in front of you and see them through, working alongside the production team and customer support team as a support role.

If you're the type who keeps a list, works it, and doesn't let anything slip through, this is your role.

What you'll do

• Log and track back orders, and follow up until they're resolved
• Chase down problem orders — figure out what's missing, wrong, or delayed, and fix it
• Communicate order status and issues to the team
• Pull reports and keep production data current in our system
• Step in where support is needed across the floor

What we're looking for

• Strong computer/email/typing proficiency — required. You'll live in production software and email all day, and you should be able to pick up new systems quickly
• Comfortable moving around a production floor for much of the day
• Highly detail-oriented — you catch the discrepancy nobody else noticed
• Exceptionally organized; you track your own open items without being reminded
• Persistent follow-through — you don't drop an issue until it's closed
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; English-only applicants welcome
• Available Monday–Friday, day shift

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
