Job Overview
SplashBrands is hiring Heat Press Operators to join our in-house decoration team. You'll press finished graphics onto apparel and promotional items, check quality, and keep production moving on schedule
What you'll do
- Set up and operate heat press equipment (time, temp, pressure)
- Align and apply transfers to garments accurately
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Meet daily production counts
What we're looking for
- Heat press or apparel decoration experience preferred, not required — we'll train
- Available Monday–Friday, day shift or evening shift
- Comfortable standing for a full shift
- Attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus — Spanish-only or English-only applicants welcome
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
